About the role: Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator

The Talent Acquisition team is known for its creativity and forward-thinking approach, constantly seeking fresh solutions to recruitment challenges. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring we achieve a full staff compliment at Activate Learning.

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be integral to our collaborative and supportive team, providing a professional talent acquisition service to both candidates and hiring managers. Your role involves managing the recruitment process, analysing data, and coordinating internal and external communications.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely, brand-consistent job postings. You'll also coordinate interviews, keep candidates informed about their application status, and maintain our applicant tracking system, Hire Road.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Oxford College, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

What do you need to be a successful Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator at Activate Learning?

To excel in this role, it is essential to possess exceptional communication and organisational abilities. As the initial point of contact for key stakeholders, both within the organisation and externally, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Talent Acquisition function. This includes providing a professional, responsive, and proactive administrative service across all stages of the recruitment life cycle, while also offering daily support and guidance within the team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume workloads, demonstrating the ability to stay focused and maintain efficiency under pressure.

  • A strong capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise a wide range of demands from different business areas, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including experience in generating and analysing reports to support decision-making and improve recruitment processes.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms, leveraging these tools to enhance communication and recruitment efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
