Join our dynamic team as a Uniformed Public Services Lecturer!

In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the next generation of uniformed service professionals. You'll be responsible for:
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons: Teach students across various levels, from introductory to higher education programs.
  • Empowering your students: Guide and assess students, fostering their growth and success in achieving high retention and academic achievement.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team: Work alongside passionate colleagues to create an exceptional learning experience for students.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Brings a wealth of knowledge: Holds a relevant Level 3/4 qualification (or equivalent), a degree, or an HND, alongside recent industry experience.
  • Possesses proven teaching skills: Has a teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or is willing to pursue the Level 5 Diploma (we'll support you!). Deliver lessons consistently rated 'Good' or above.
  • Communicates with clarity and inspires: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Champions student success: Highly motivated to empower learners while prioritising their safety and well-being.
  • Adapts to diverse needs: Demonstrates flexibility in catering to different learning styles.
  • Thrives in teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead learning initiatives in Uniformed Public Services.
