We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our award-winning Workforce Skills training team at Bridgwater and Taunton College.

Due to the success and growth we are looking for outstanding individuals to join us at this exciting time as we support our employers to build the workforce of the future.

We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in, Leadership, Management and Engineering experience to deliver training to upskill adults predominantly for our employers. Our employers and customer who we provide training for includes; EDF, Bylor, Babcock International, Balfour Beatty, Cavendish Nuclear and MoD.

We welcome applications from individuals without training or educational sector experience as support and training will be given to the successful candidates.

Most importantly, you will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all students maximise their potential, deliver impact for their organisations, ensuring our students are fully prepared to embark on the next stage of their career.
