The Dog Grooming Salon at Duchy College Rosewarne is a state-of-the art facility for the training of students wishing to develop the skills for a career within the dog grooming industry. A position has become available for a Dog Grooming Learning Support Technician in the Animal Management department to assist teaching staff with the delivery of practical dog grooming lessons and the maintenance of dog grooming resources, working with a wide range of dog breeds and coat types.

The post holder will support the student's learning experience as a supervisor and role model and work closely with the Dog grooming Study Programme Manager and other Animal Management Staff. Applicants must have a good level of experience of dog grooming and working in the industry, as well as having completed a Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma (or an equivalent qualification). A full, clean driving licence and own transport are also essential.
