School business manager

A inclusive school i currently work with in the heart of Waltham Forest are looking for an experienced and proactive School Business Manager to join the leadership team and play a crucial role in the school's ongoing success.

As the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the schools financial, adminstrative and support services. you will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to enusure the effective use of resources, contribute to stratgeic planing, and support the overall operational management of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Proven experience in financial and business management, ideally within an educational setting
• strong understanding of school finance and budget management.
• excellent leadership and organisational skills
• ability to work effectively as part of a leadership team
• knowledge of HR practices and regulations is an advantage
