• Fluency in Welsh: As these positions are in Welsh-medium schools, fluency in Welsh is essential.
• Relevant Experience or Transferable Skills: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous, but if you have experience in childcare, youth work, or similar roles, we encourage you to apply. We value skills that are adaptable to the classroom environment.
