About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our network of primary schools in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to work across a range of settings, delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for pupils. As a Supply Teacher, you will cover planned and unplanned absences, ensuring continuity of education and maintaining high standards of classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various year groups (EYFS to KS2) in line with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure inclusive learning.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behavior effectively and promoting respect and cooperation.
• Follow school policies and procedures, and contribute to the overall ethos and values of the schools you work in.
• Mark and assess students' work where required, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at primary level, with a good understanding of the national curriculum.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning.
