The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring that every step of the process is handled efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and other key stakeholders to ensure that we attract and secure top talent, all while maintaining our high standards and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proactively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment materials and communications are accurate, consistent, and professional.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
