The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vetting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the vetting and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and in line with our high standards. You will work closely with candidates, managers, and other key stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding and vetting processes, ensuring strict adherence to policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Communicate proactively with offered candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with HR systems, GDPR, and safeguarding regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing efficiency and response times.
  • Provide regular updates and effective communication to all stakeholders regarding onboarding progress.

You should be proactive, confident, and able to plan and manage your own workload while knowing when to seek support from senior team members.
