Position: Employer Engagement Consultant

Salary: £27,266 - £32,105, plus bonus of up to £5K

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 37 hours X 52 weeks per year

The Sheffield College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually. About the Role

As our Employer Engagement Consultant, you will be managing relationships with existing clients and developing relationships with new businesses, who are interested in engaging our apprentices to develop their skills and give them hands on experience within their business.

We are looking for someone who is committed, driven and confident in their sales and relationship building skills to join our Employer Engagement and Partnerships Team.

Your success will have a massive impact on both employers and hundreds of young people across Sheffield.

You will join an established and respected forward-thinking company that has a proven history in career development within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities and relationships
• Develop new marketing campaigns
• Proactively responding to new sales enquiries, leading to higher conversion rates and improved customer satisfaction.
