Bedford College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Make Up to join our Performing Arts Department at our Bedford Campus.

Lecturers at Bedford College, play a pivotal role in the success of our students through the preparation, delivery and assessment of the subject specialisms on the Level 3 Make-up Course.

Ideal candidates will have experience of teaching a range of the following subjects: Body Painting, Prosthetics, Special Effects, alongside the following qualifications:

• Recognised Teacher Qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS)
• Level 5 or 6 relevant qualification in Theatrical Make-up or Make-up
• Willingness to achieve Certificate in Education or equivalent
• Willingness to achieve Assessor/Verifier qualifications
• GSCE Maths and English (grades A - C) or equivalent
