As London's environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London's wildlife, national parks and green spaces.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Caretaker/Maintenance Officer at a time of exciting change and development within both the Estates Service and wider College.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out general caretaking/maintenance tasks across our Enfield Campus and improve the safety and appearance of the Campus.

You will have sound and proven practical skills in electrical maintenance and a good working knowledge of building fabric, plumbing repairs and maintenance. Additional elements of the role will include porterage and general caretaking duties. This will include setting alarms and opening and locking of premises. The role will require occasional weekend attendance.
