• Provide dedicated support to SEND students
• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
• Encourage and motivate students to engage and succeed in their studies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly with SEND children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
