Make a Difference in Learner Engagement

Peterborough College is seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Learner Engagement to join our dynamic team.
In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our students by:
  • Delivering high-quality teaching on Learner Engagement courses from Level 1 to HND.
  • Motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Developing engaging course materials and schemes of work.
  • Providing constructive feedback to help students progress.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment.
What we're looking for:
  • A teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd/L5 Diploma) or a willingness to get a Level 5 Diploma.
  • Minimum level 3 or 4 qualification in the subject you'll be teaching.
  • A minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Assessor Award (A1/TQA/CAVA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt towards the business needs
