Here at Kingston College, we are seeking a Senior Curriculum Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College to include supervision and line management of administrative staff.

You will manage and implement agreed systems and processes that are customer facing and place the learner at the heart of the Schools work. Supporting the Head of College Administration in the development of a set of service standards for the administrative team, you will provide support in the capturing of timetabling and rooming information within an agreed College planning cycle, and in the completion of the Schools calendar, including Learner Voice meetings, School meetings, enrolment events, awards and parents evenings, providing information as required to the Principalship administrative team.

This role requires someone who has strong interpersonal skills, can work independently, has excellent attention to detail and will be a role model to the administrative team. Most importantly, the Senior Curriculum Administrator can work flexibly, is able to prioritise, work under pressure and will ensure administrative deadlines are met.
