HR Administrator 15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Wednesday and Thursday) £23,630 - £25,656 per annum pro rata We have a job share opportunity within our Recruitment Team at City College Norwich.
We are looking to recruit a member of staff who is a proactive and an experienced administrator who has the ability and drive to provide a high level of administration and customer service. You do not need to be HR qualified/experienced for this role.
You will support the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff ensuring all pre-employment checks are in place. You will undertake the administration and accurate input of new staff, contract changes and leavers across City College Norwich, Easton College and Paston College.
Working alongside your colleagues you will be a first point of contact for general HR enquiries and will be responsible for the maintenance of the HR and Payroll Database (iTrent).
Applicants should have a Level 3 Administration qualification or equivalent, experience of a busy office with the ability to manage workload and of dealing with customers at all levels and of using a HR and Payroll database.
Experience of using e-recruitment systems would be an advantage.
