Abingdon and Witney College's Gateway Team are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Progress Coach to support the Curriculum Manager and Study Programme Lead for 20 hours a week on our programme based in our Witney campus. This varied and exciting role requires a dedicated individual who is keen to help young adolescents who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential as part of moving into a full-time vocational study programme or employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with other staff members and Learning Support Team to enable students to gain relevant English and Maths qualifications alongside skills and behaviours essential to progression into a chosen career path and life after education

Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
