Lecturer Business - onsite, based at Ware Campus - Monday - Friday (36 hours per week), Salary £31,225 - £39,425 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. Holiday Entitlement - 42 Days per annum, Closing date 19th August 2024 @ Midday.

We are currently recruiting a Lecturer in Business for Hertford Regional College (HRC) to Programme manage and teach on the range of Business and Enterprise Programmes of Study and be responsible for the delivery of teaching and pastoral care on the programmes.

About the Role

As a lecturer in Business at Hertford Regional College you will deliver the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment and student support on a range of Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) courses. You will be responsible for developing students' employability skills through designing relevant projects, workshops and work experience, as well as embedding English and Maths.

About You

We are seeking enthusiastic qualified teacher with experience of teaching the underpinning theory related to Business in an FE and/or HE environment. You will have demonstrable ability to achieve student success and ideally have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and a teaching qualification, or willingness to undergo training to become qualified.

You will have programme manager experience in an FE or HE environment.

You will be required to teach a range of business subjects such as; Enterprise and entrepreneurship, Marketing, E-business, Finance, Human Resource Management and Team Working.
