Pre-16 Study Programme Manager - Camborne - Salary: £27,300 to £30,660 per annum - Hours per week: 37 - Weeks per year - 52 - Closing date: 16 August 2024 - Interviews: W/C 19 August 2024

Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to manage the Pre-16 (School Refusers) Provision and teach within the Progression Pathways department. The post holder will be responsible for liaising with schools and parents, student tuition and managing the student learning experience from induction through to formal education delivery, taking a lead role in course design and organisation and all related matters.

Applicants must have or be willing to work towards a nationally approved Stage 3 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent), hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification in English and/or maths, and have experience working with learners with challenging behaviour. Applicants must also have a proven track record of teaching Functional Skills English and / or maths, as well as vocational subjects.
