Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to offer excellent admin support to the Cornwall Counselling Institute. This will be through supporting the Head and Deputy Head of the Cornwall Counselling Institute and Programme Managers of FE and HE courses with a range of administrative duties. These will include managing course enquiries, arranging student interviews and supporting the teaching staff with administering course resources and assignments. You will also support the development of the counselling courses as part of a growing provision of counselling training and CPD in Cornwall.

Additional duties will include contributing to the daily running of all FE and HE counselling courses, managing data and liaising with counsellor supervisors and placement managers.

Applicants must therefore be self-motivated, confident communicators with a willingness to learn about the courses on offer at the Cornwall Counselling Institute and the BACP Professional standards for Gold class accreditation.

You will have worked with data management, computer systems and have experience of working across a range of services.
