Study Support Officer - Bicton College - Salary: £22,560.72 FTE (CC24) / £13.44 per hour* - Hours per week: 22.5 (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) - Weeks per year: 40 - Closing Date: 25 August 2024 - Interviews: week commencing 26 August 2024

*Actual salary for part-time, term-time only role: £10,553.35 plus holiday payment of £1,542.41, total pro-rata salary £12,095.76 / £13.44 per hour. Depending on remaining working weeks, the salary will change. Upon appointment we can advise on the exact pay.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our beautiful Bicton College campus in East Devon for a Study Support Officer at our dynamic and forward-thinking college.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, supportive and positive team player who has experience working and communicating with adults and young people and supporting their development of study and academic skills.

The post holder will work in our fully resourced Learning Centre to provide support for learners in using resources, computers and accessing online content. They will also undertake library and customer service duties as well as deliver workshops and one to one sessions to develop the skills of our students to undertake academic study.
