JOB TITLE: ASSESSOR - HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE

SALARY: £12.54 - £12.98 PER HOUR (PLUS ENHANCEMENT FOR LEAVE) (£24,131 - £24,976 FTE)

HOURS: CASUAL, AGREED BETWEEN SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE AND THE COLLEGE

CWA are recruiting to the role of Assessor, specialising in Health and Social Care. This role delivers high quality support and assessment to adult learners.

Holding an assessors qualification is advantageous, but is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

Not worked in education before? Don't worry, as long as you've got the industry area specialism and the passion to share your expertise with others, we can teach you what is needed to be able to support high quality assessment with adult learners.

A key part of this role is developing and maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with learners and colleagues. This is a truly flexible role, hours and days of work can be flexed and you will be autonomous in your own diary management. Hybrid or campus-based working is available.

As well as being an expert in your field, this role requires an organised approach and strong administrative skills. You need to be IT literate and willing to undertake training to further hone your skills if required.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving workbased learning team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
