Events and Facilities Officer

To provide administrative support to the Events and Facilities Manager, in particular reference to responding to event requests, providing information to ensure events consistency.

To administer and document all facilities activities within 21 Prescot St, ensuring health and safety standards are met, planned maintenance is undertaken and respond to colleague requests, as well as to those from members and visitors.

To help promote a positive health and safety culture alongside the head of facilities throughout the College and ensure that current health and safety legislation is adhered to by monitoring health and safety policies. A significant part of the role will involve assessment of the Colleges facilities maintenance and working practices covering including compliance. Recording and monitoring of actions from college audits.
