Assistant Principal: Learner Experience and Support

Colchester

£57,002 - £62,278 per annum

Permanent – Full-time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the Learner Experience, ensuring the Personal Development and Behaviour and Attitudes elements of the Education Inspection Framework are fully met for all provision types.

You will act as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and as such to ensure that the College meets its safeguarding obligations (including Prevent) for learners and staff.

About you

You will be educated to degree level and ideally hold a management or Leadership qualification.  You will have experience of leadership and management in a Further Education environment along with knowledge of developing and implementing effective safeguarding policies and procedures and ability to communicate these to others.
