IN SHORT

Milton Keynes College is looking for a full time Caretaker who can contribute to the smooth running of our college Campus.

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing general caretaking, security and maintenance support. A key part of your role as a Caretaker will be to supervise and co-ordinate contractors on site ensuring works are carried out to the desired specification and standard. You will generally act as the focal point for all day-to-day building maintenance needs.

The role of a Caretaker supports the team with ensuring the premises and contents are secured, that the building is safe for all staff, students & visitors, all customers’ needs are met to a satisfactory standard and that maintenance is conducted with the highest degree of attention to detail.
