Role: Booking and Events Manager

Location: Trinity Arts and Leisure, Bedford, MK42

Salary/Benefits: Salary between £29,000 (pro rata) DOE and Qualifications, 25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, Peoples pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a Booking and Events Manager to join The Bedford College group at our Trinity Arts and Leisure centre.

As a Booking and Events Manager you play an important role in the success of our students through:
  • To undertake administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of bookings in BCS facilities, and to ensure the perfect delivery of an event for all BCS venues.This will entail liaising with customer, check availability of area, completing contracts to be sent to customer, sending schedules/rotas depending on site, and issuing access cards.
  • To work effectively as a member of the BCS Ltd team to generate, secure and deliver tailored client solutions in line with BCS Ltd values
About you:
  • Previous knowledge and Experience in Leisure and Events Bookings
  • Ability to prioritise bookings and booking calendars. Ability to create a positive experience for all that use our facilities.
  • Highly organised and be able to follow processes.
  • Ability to be flexible in hours worked as it may require some later evenings for viewings or weekend events.
