School Business Manager required in a Primary school in Heston, Hounslow

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality Business Management professionals to work with these schools and ensure they continue to run smoothly.

We are looking for an innovative, efficient and cost-effective business manager to lead the school on a long term basis.

About the role

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the non-teaching-related running of the school, as part of a dynamic school management team. Your duties as a Business Manager can include:

• As part of the Senior Leadership Team, to assist the Head Teacher and Governors to ensure that the school meets its educational aims from a business and resourcing perspective.

• To be accountable for the effective management of the achool's financial resources at a strategic and tactical level, ensuring the most effective use of resources in support of the school's learning objectives.

• To be accountable for the management of property, facilities and the administration policy of the school.

• To be accountable for HR processes, recruitment and staff absence management across the school

The ideal applicant will have:

• Relevant experience as an SBL/CFO or similar role

• Minimum level 2 (GCSE 4-9 or A -C) in Maths and English

• Diploma or certificate in school business managers qualification
