Job Title: Apprenticeship Advisor

Location: Kings Lynn

Hours: 37 per week (job share opportunities available)

Salary: £25,497 - £26,782

Our work based learning and apprenticeships team work closely with a wide range of employers to support and promote learning opportunities to enable them to grow their own talent, and give learners access to career pathways through training including apprenticeships. The work that we do is invaluable to growing local economies, skills and knowledge by matching apprentices with the right apprenticeship. Apprenticeship Advisors work closely with partner organisations to ensure that apprentices are well-supported, that the business gains the most from their staff and also works closely with learners to constantly improve the service CWA delivers.

As well as working with employers, they also work closely with internal colleagues to ensure that apprenticeships on offer are fit for purpose, safe and maintain accurate records. Due to the increasing numbers of enrolments at CWA this role has a high level of administrative tasks, making attention to detail essential. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year for support staff, plus five College closure days, plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme. CWA focusses on staff well-being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well-being committee and access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme as well as comprehensive training and development.
