Job Title: Work Placement and Careers Coordinator (Equine and Animal Care)

Salary: £17,807 - £18,391 per annum (inclusive of a non-contractual recruitment and retention allowance of £1,126 reviewed annually)

Hours: 30 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (term-time plus one week)

Base: Cambridge (Milton)

CWA are recruiting for a new Work Placement and Careers Coordinator focussing on our equine and animal care students, from level 1 to 3 at our Cambridge campus. You will work closely with our students, teaching teams and local businesses to establish working partnerships to ensure that work placements are in place. In addition, you will offer careers advice and guidance to steer them through both their college career and the transition from college to paid employment, higher education or apprenticeships.

The highly regarded Work Placement and Careers team work closely with both internal and external partners as well as providing pastoral and administrative support to our students.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Work Placement and Careers team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
