Hourly Paid Lecturer in Business

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced individual to teach on our FE BTEC programmes provision in the School of Business.

We are looking for a professional individual who is ready to provide innovative and dynamic teaching to meet the needs of young people and prepare them for the next stage of their life. The successful candidate will be someone with up-to-date industry knowledge and an understanding of students in FE sectors.

You will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials which engage and motivate a diverse group of students with differing needs. A relevant degree is essential but teaching experience is desirable. You must be familiar with the BTEC L2 and L3 units and awarding body - Pearson standards. You will be required to teach across different levels within the curriculum.

Applicants must be strong team players and individuals with a pro-active approach to work. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a forward-thinking individual with innovative ways of working with students.

This is a fixed term contract from September 2024 to June 2025, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses.
