The Employability & Skills Training Department is looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to deliver short employability courses to support Non-London learners towards employment, self-employment, apprenticeship roles and/or further study. Delivery will be mainly in counties that border London and you must be willing to travel to surrounding areas for off-site delivery.
You will be required to deliver a range of employability short courses, including SWAP programmes, tailored to learners that require general skills development as well as learners who aspire to work within specific industries. To follow structured guidelines and processes designed to support the learning journey and support learner progression and outcomes. You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high levels of accuracy and efficiency and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
You must have a Level 2 English and Maths, or the willingness to achieve this.
