JOB TITLE: LECTURER (SESSIONAL/ HOURLY PAID)

DEPARTMENT: ADDITIONAL LEARNING SUPPORT

LOCATION: KING'S LYNN/ WISBECH

SALARY: £25.06 - £31.61 PER HOUR (INCLUSIVE OF PLANNING, PREPARATION AND LEAVE ENHANCEMENT)

Our Bridge to Engagement programme focusses on re-engaging young people with learning difficulties, including social, emotional, mental and health issues with education. We provide support for a continuum of needs to prepare our learners for life, education and employment by taking specific needs into account on an individual basis.

This is a challenging role and is ideally suited to someone who is confident in managing behavioural issues and working with high needs learners.

Due to continued growth in Foundation student numbers we are looking to recruit additional Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturers to our team. Here at CWA we are proud of the work that we do to support young people with learning difficulties to access courses to support them to achieve independence and go onto either further study or employment.

Our Foundation students are an important and welcomed part of the community here at CWA. The Foundation team are passionate about their learners and ensure that they have access to the best opportunities.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
