Stamford College is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and line managers. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all HR needs in your designated areas, working proactively to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone.

What you'll do:

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to line managers on a range of employee relations matters.
  • Partner with managers in the recruitment process, from vacancy authorization to onboarding new staff.
  • Oversee employee administration tasks, ensuring accurate records and efficient payroll processing.
  • Champion continuous learning and development by assisting with training needs identification, program coordination, and data management.
  • Foster positive working relationships with staff across the College, promoting open communication and a collaborative environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a HR related field
  • Recent experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite.
