About the Role

We are looking for an experienced vocalist to join our teaching team, to lead practical workshops and classroom delivery for our Vocal Artist students. You will plan and deliver engaging sessions to help singers develop their skills, gain confidence as performers and understand the context of their practice. You will assess student coursework and performances and help them to develop their academic skills, alongside their technical skills. We would like somebody to inspire them to take steps onto the stage and into the studio.

You will work with experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team. Working at Access Creative College means working with learners who are engaged, enthusiastic and passionate about the education they are gaining.

About You

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above.

If you've previously worked in further education and maybe even have a teaching qualification, that would be the icing on the cake! For those who aren't qualified, we'll fund your teacher training and you'll gain a qualification that's transferable throughout the FE sector.

Salary Scale: £24,548 - £29,014 pro rata (dependent on qualifications)
