We are a highly successful College offering a wide range of provision from Level 1 to BSc Honours Degree Level. We have new purpose-built facilities allowing us to offer courses based around the latest techniques and equipment required for industry demands.

As part of our Elite Sport programmes, we have over 2,000 student-athletes across more than 16 National Governing Body programmes and academies.

We are seeking highly committed and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coaches to support and educate students, to enable them to fulfill their potential and progress to their next steps.

As part of this, the successful individual will develop and deliver high quality Strength and Conditioning sessions and programmes across a range of sports.

This may include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a range of settings, including both practical and theory activity.

The successful candidate may also be required to support delivery activity as part of the Diploma in Sporting Excellence qualification.

The successful candidate will have suitable qualifications and experience, have experience working within elite sport talent pathways and have experience of developing Strength and Conditioning programmes across a range of sports.

This role may include early morning, evening, and weekend work.

Mentoring, training and CPD programmes will be provided to the successful applicant to help develop the suitable knowledge and skills where required.
