Due to increasing student numbers and investment into our inclusive learning provision we are recruiting for additional Lecturers to join our team at Downham Market to support our Bridge to Engagement learners.

Our curriculum team are integral in providing learners will the tools, knowledge and confidence that they need to succeed and we are proud of the success of these programmes.

We have recently moved to Downham Market with our Bridge to Engagement provision, these programmes are designed to support young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues. We are looking for innovative and passionate teachers who are confident in managing challenging behaviour.

We have a small and dedicated team at our Downham Market site. We operate smaller class sizes and extended support, this is a rewarding role for those teachers who like to make a difference to young people’s outcomes, both within and after education.

We pride ourselves on our approach to the work life balance of our team and actively support job share and flexible working opportunities.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications.  Appointments will not normally be made at point 10 or above (£32,384) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
