We are in search of an individual to work alongside our dynamic team two days per week during term time. There may be scope if the provision is successful to increase this in the future. The successful applicant will be an individual who thrives within a vibrant working environment, who can adapt around the curriculum and the needs of the commercial outlet. They will have a real passion to develop the skills of individuals essential to the future of the hospitality and catering industry.

You will play a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of our provision within The Quantock Restaurant. You will support, deliver and impart specialist knowledge and expertise. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a genuine passion for sharing their knowledge and is deeply committed to shaping the development of skills of our students enrolled on our full time provision. We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in the following areas of patisserie, artisan bakery, advanced bread making techniques including lamination and enriched doughs. This list is not exhaustive, and we would welcome applications from candidates with specialist technical skills and knowledge within a professional cookery setting. Candidates are invited to explain their specialism in the additional documents of the application.

You'll be required to motivate and inspire learners enrolled on a course in preparation for careers within the hospitality industry.
