As a lecturer at Shipley, you'll be joining a team that works with young people and adults to help them achieve their career goals; delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment that provides the best possible preparation for accessing higher education or employment. We are looking to develop our CIPD curriculum offer, helping more adults to enter the world of people services/HR. Starting with a Level 3 CIPD is a great first step for many people looking to formalise their skills or change careers.
