About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Pearson's Level 2 and Level 3 Applied Science, Biology and Chemistry units such as Physiology of the Human Body System, Scientific Skills, and Investigative Project.
Applied Science is a popular subject amongst our learners, and we wish to appoint an exceptional and reflective practitioner, who can build on the existing strengths of our learners to continue the success of our biology and chemistry offering.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the curriculum manager in implementing the department's improvement plan, whilst delivering first-class, quality, and creative lessons in line with the departmental teaching and learning policy.
About you:
You will hold a Degree in a Science subject, and have relevant experience teaching Biology to 16-19-year-olds up to level 3. You will also hold a recognised teaching qualification and have teaching experience within the past 5 years. You will be used to maintaining professional and quality standards and keeping high-quality documentation.
