Southport College has an exciting opportunity to join our Motor Vehicle team as a Lecturer. If you are passionate about Motor Vehicle technologies and eager to inspire students of all ages, this is an excellent opportunity to teach in a newly refurbished environment, sharing your industry expertise with aspiring young professionals.
The Motor Vehicle team delivers qualifications in motor vehicle repair and light vehicle maintenance from Level 1 up to Level 3, including apprenticeships. As a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you will oversee the successful delivery of scheduled teaching to our students, ensuring learners are supported and equipped with the knowledge to meet their educational needs.
You will possess a relevant advanced qualification to Level 3 standard, in addition to a teaching and assessor qualification or a willingness to gain qualification. You will also have experience of assessing apprentices in the workplace, as well as teaching on the C&G and/or IMI L1, L2 and L3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair programme units, including:
