About the Role

Join us at Access Creative College as our new Student Development & Pastoral Lead and become an integral part of our well-established and welcoming team . In this permanent role, you'll lead and support a diverse cohort of students, guiding them through their educational journey towards success. Your mission is to ensure that every student receives equitable support, both academically and pastorally , by collaborating closely with our Additional Learning Support Team.

You'll deliver professional development sessions, create engaging enrichment opportunities , and be a crucial member of our 'At Risk' team, offering bespoke support to students and building strong relationships with parents and carers. You will work with experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team. About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional with a proven track record in student management within further education. Your qualifications will ideally include a degree and a teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, or DTLLS (Level 5), or similar relevant experience. You will ideally be experienced in delivering effective student outcomes and working with external partners and stakeholders, and you'll be familiar with Ofsted Inspections. You'll excel in managing multiple priorities, using ICT effectively, and communicating with clarity and impact . You set high standards for yourself and others and are driven by a passion for student success and personal development.
