Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students on Entry Level to Level 1 qualifications. Develop and implement effective teaching techniques and materials tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success. What We Are Looking For: Experience working with individuals who have SEND. A solid understanding of a variety of learning difficulties and disabilities. A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential. If you do not currently hold a teaching qualification, you will be expected to achieve this during your employment.
