About the role:

Activate Learning are now looking for a Photographer & Videographer who is both passionate and knowledgeable about multimedia content marketing and excited by the idea of developing top-notch end products that drive recruitment and interest, whilst keeping in our current style, but allowing for experiment

Reporting to the group Design and Brand Manager, the role will be essential to capturing the aesthetic of the brand – you will be responsible for capturing still and moving image for internal and external use. You will be bringing the uniqueness of courses, campuses and college experiences to life and supporting every facet of the business through always maintaining the highest standard of quality.

You will be responsible for all aspects of production from planning, shooting, editing to exporting and will work on a plethora of different projects from social media campaigns, web content, news stories, case studies and will lead on the group image asset bank for the Activate Learning group.

This is a fixed term, full-time role working from September 2024 to March 2026. This role has the flexibility to be based at any of our Berkshire campuses. Travel across all Activate Learning colleges will also be required to undertake content production.

What do you need to be successful as a Multimedia Content Executive at Activate Learning?

You will have strong technical knowledge in camera, sound, and editing equipment with experience in creating high quality, engaging content and of media asset management. Successful candidates will have a relevant subject higher-level qualification or be able to showcase your experience through previous employment or freelance work.

You will have experience in using the Adobe suite including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom, along with a good understanding of social media and other communication platforms and emerging social media trends.

You will also be adaptable, organised and have excellent time management, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and confidence to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
