Your new role
Working closely withyoung people that face social, emotional and mental health challenges.Supporting these students with integrating back into education after exclusion,as well as providing additional support to those with special needs orchallenging behaviour.

With knowledge on thenational curriculum, providing high quality teaching that will engage andmotivate the students! We are looking for an individual that is passionateabout making a real change, a teacher that can implement different teachingstyles to adapt to an everchanging classroom. Your role is key in enablingthese young people to develop their educational and personal skills; you willbe supported by experienced Teaching Assistants that share the same passion;allowing students to really flourish, enjoy and get the most out of theirlearning environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Anindividual ready to make change and is ready for a challenging and rewardingrole. QTS not essential but experience within the SEND sector is preferred.
