An opportunity has arisen for a Teaching and Learning Development Practitioner to guide staff in the implementation of high-quality pedagogical principles to raise the standards of teaching and learning throughout the College. The post will be responsible for delivering inspirational and impactful college CPD programme with the aim of raising staff engagement and student attainment.   

 

You will have a record of teaching that has consistently been rated good or outstanding in observations together with experience of teaching and assessing with creative, learner-centred, differentiated and activity-based strategies and resources.

 

Croydon College is in the heart of a wonderful community in Croydon, close to excellent transport links at East Croydon station. We also have opportunities at our Coulsdon Campus, which has excellent facilities in the centre of Old Coulsdon.
