We are seeking to appoint a Progress Coach to work with students to track and monitor their progress within our Creative Industries faculty at Abingdon and Witney College. It is intended the successful candidate will be working with our Games Development students at Levels 2 and 3, but that is subject to change.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of industry professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff in order to ensure that all students progress onto further courses within the college, Apprenticeships, Higher Education or employment by achieving relevant qualifications as part of their study programme, as well as developing skills essential to life after education. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

We are passionate about providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment and enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits.

Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
