About the role:

Capital City College Group is looking for a dynamic ALS Admin Officer to join our team at City and Islington College. As a crucial member of the College's ALS Admin Team, you will report to the ALS Admin Team Leader and contribute to the achievement of College objectives. Your role will involve providing centralized and standardized administrative support across three campuses, utilizing shared systems and processes. Collaborating closely with the Head of ALS, you will ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions, adherence to processes, and facilitate accurate reporting within and outside the ALS department.

About you:
The successful candidate will need to possess the following:

  • Educated to Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good knowledge and experience of eSpirALS
  • Good knowledge of Further Education funding and how it relates to ALS
  • Good knowledge of purchasing and procurement
  • Good knowledge of administrative systems and procedures

About Westminster Kingsway College:

Westminster Kingsway College is one of the largest further education colleges in central London with a diverse student body of around 14,000 learners, who travel to its outstanding centres in King's Cross (Camden), Victoria (Westminster) Regent's Park, and Soho, to study on acclaimed vocational and academic courses. Each centre offers an extensive range of academic and vocational courses for all 16-18-year-olds and adult learners, with a specialist centre in Camden for those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
