    We are currently seeking a Director of Curriculum for Social & Life Sciences.

    Our Directors of Curriculum are responsible for the leadership and development of the College's educational offer and ensuring the quality of delivery is of the highest standard to enable an excellent student experience.

    The Director will also take a lead on an area of key strategic focus -progress, inclusion and we are particularly keen to receive applications from leaders who can lead strategy in one of these areas. Our new Directors will need to have the ability to work with and alongside colleagues to develop business and maintain strong employer relationships.

    You will have the ability to manage staff performance and coach individuals to reach their full potential, a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. You will be teacher-trained and have both management and teaching experience
