What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures and tutorials on employability topics (Entry to Level 2).

• Develop and utilise innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learners.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students refine their skills and knowledge.

• Design and manage employability-related courses, including coordinating work placements and liaising with employers.

• Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials.

• Champion a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom.

• Participate in college events and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
