Student Experience Manager – Bicton Campus – Salary: £31,778 per annum – Hours per week: 37 – Weeks per year: 52 – Closing Date: 7 July 2024 – Interview Date: 15 July 20224

Based at Bicton College, we are looking for a Student Experience Manager to oversee student experience on the campus and line manage a team of staff within the service. 

The post holder will ensure that learners have an excellent experience on campus and provide opportunities for personal development, including tutorial activity and enrichment activities.  The post holder will be responsible for ensuring student wellbeing on campus and supporting staff with managing behaviour.

The role will line manage a team of Engagement and Progression Officers. Careers Officers and Learning Centre staff and will ensure that our student social spaces and Learning Centres offer an excellent and supportive service to enable our students to be safe, supported and successful.
